This Privacy Policy explains what information Arrows Puzzle Escape Zone ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

Guest play: if you never create an account, gameplay progress (Stages cleared, stars, hints, stats) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

Account (optional): if you sign in with email + password, we collect and store your email address and the profile details you choose to enter — display name, country, phone number, sex, and date of birth. These are used only to run the account/profile/leaderboard features and are never sold.

Gameplay & progress data: Stage completions, stars, hearts/hint balance, and challenge history — synced to our database so your progress follows you across devices once signed in.

Support & feedback: messages you send via "Write Us" and star ratings you submit are stored so we can read and respond to them.

Advertising data: this app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your device's advertising ID and other technical identifiers to show and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. We do not control this collection directly — see Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data disclosures for details. You can limit ad personalization from your device's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads / "Opt out of Ads Personalization").

Notifications: if you enable daily-challenge reminders, the device requests notification permission (Android). We do not collect anything from this beyond the on-device schedule.

We do not currently collect analytics events or crash reports.

2. How We Use This Information

To run core gameplay and keep your progress in sync across devices.
To operate the leaderboard (your display name/masked email, country, and score are visible to other players).
To respond to support messages and moderate submitted ratings.
To show and measure ads (via Google AdMob) that help keep the Game free.

3. Third-Party Services

This app uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database) and Google AdMob. Both are operated by Google and governed by Google's own Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Account and progress data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app: Settings → Delete My Account. Alternatively, email faizan.siddiqui.89@gmail.com from the address linked to your account to request deletion.

5. Children

This Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact faizan.siddiqui.89@gmail.com and we will delete it.

6. Security

Account data is protected by Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules restricting access to your own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your Choices

Play entirely as a guest to avoid sharing any personal information.
Sign out or delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete My Account).
Limit ad personalization via your device's ad settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
